Well, here we are in the new decade, This year is going to be a bit of a trial if the politicians are to be believed but it wont stop the production of smashing foods and the procurement of the best produce and ingredients possible.
Here I intend to blog the forthcoming quest for the finest and my humble attempts to render these things edible and hopefully attractive to the eye.
A bit of humour wont hurt the recipes either---in fact--no recipe can be a success without it!
Patience must be employed here 'cos I hav'nt done much of this so I might make a few cluckups but---------------------------------,,,

This Blog contains work from some of the worlds finest culinary artists And then --some of mine too!! There are some more traditional and simple culinary suggestions and methods for making pies and cider and the mystery of the sausage will be explored. My suggestions for sourcing great ingredients will be included as we go along Ther are slideshows of some of the restaurants I have been lucky enough to have visited with pictures of some of their delightfully crafted dishes.
