Spaghetti al funghi with chorizo and meatballs with a good grating of parmesan. Spaghetti tossed in pesto and basil oil seasoned with black pepper and the juices from the chorizo. add the sauteed mushrooms last to prevent the pasta turning grey and finish with a slug of heavy cream and parmesan
