Flambe me!! it's a beef Stroganoff!!

Pondered over what to do with this ---- then decided to make a Stroganoff! very 70s but a classic will never lose its appeal Lovely beef--So cut it into strips across the grain to get it nice and tender!
There you go, nice strips all ready to mix with the other stuff!!
Heres some of the "Other stuff"
Speaks for itself!
And some more stuff too--takes a lot to make a Stroganoff dunnit!!
Dont forget the garlic!!
In with the Brandy and lemon juice and flash off the alchohol so it wont be bitter.
Now the double cream.
Should serve it with rice but whatever floats yer boat.
Can put in red capsicum strips too but not everybodys fave!
