Abstain from everything not included in the diet be sure to eat foods assigned rather than go without.
Do not change lunch for dinner or vice versa.
Always consult your doctor or dietitian to establish the suitability of this diet for your personal condition.
This diet is for the maintainance of normal energy while reducing and should reduce weight by about 20lb in two weeks.
All veg without butter no oils or dressings lean meat only and nothing to be fried ; coffee black, no sugar tea no milk or sugar--try lemon!
BREAKFASTS ; THE SAME EACH MORNING ; 1 OR TWO EGGS GRAPEFRUIT AND COFFEE
MON. LUNCH FRUIT SALAD PUT ANYTHING IN IT AND EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WISH.
DINNER. 2 EGGS MIXED GREEN SALAD ONE PIECE OF DRY TOASTGRAPEFRUIT AND COFFEE OR, STEAK,LETTUCE TOMATO CUCUMBER AND CELERY.
TUES. LUNCH. COLD CHICKEN TOMATOES ; GRAPEFRUIT.
DINNER. STEAK TOMATOES LETTUCE CUCUMBER OLIVES COFFEE.
WED. LUNCH 2 EGGS TOMATOES COFFEE
DINNER. 2 LAMB CHOPS CELERY CUCUMBER TOMATOES AND COFFEE.
THURS. LUNCH SAME AS MONDAY.
DINNER 2 EGGS, COTTAGE CHEESE, SHREDDED CABBAGE 1 DRY TOAST
FRI. 2 EGGS SPINACH AND COFFEE.
SAT. LUNCH 2 EGGS SPINACH AND COFFEE.
DINNER. PLENTY OF STEAK CELERY CUCUMBER TOMATO AND COFFEE.
SUN. LUNCH SAME AS MONDAY.
DINNER. CHICKEN TOMATO COOKED CABBAGE CARROTS GRAPEFRUIT.
